Why this work matters to me
I'm an operational designer with more than 20 years of experience leading Design, Creative and Production Operations for global enterprise organizations including Kenvue, Johnson & Johnson, and The Body Shop (L’Oréal) as well as independent start-ups, mid-tier creative agencies and non-profits.
My expertise spans organizational design, workflows, governance, and creative systems at scale. I have a passion for bridging creative and operational worlds — designing the human, structural, and technological systems that help teams do their best work.
My approach blends systems thinking with empathy. I believe that the future of work depends on designing operations that keep human experience, craft, and passion at the center — powered by intelligent systems that scale those strengths, not replace them.
Where I work…
the Operational Design Intersection
Big consultancies design the strategy. Internal teams execute the work. Change managers focus on adoption.
But no one is designing the system in between — the connective tissue.
That’s the space I occupy.
I bridge strategy and execution by designing the systems that make real change possible. Not theoretical recommendations. Not cosmetic process tweaks.
Human-centered operational transformation — built with the people who live the work.
